Update on Development and Management of a Wireless Telecommunications Facility (David Mekarski)

BACKGROUND:

The timeline for the RFP for the Development and Management of a Wireless Telecommunication Facility is as follows:

 

  • March 4, 2020 - RFP was issued
  • April 21, 2020 - Proposals due (delayed due to COVID-19)
  • May 11, 2020 - Evaluations due from team
  • May 12/13, 2020 - Shortlist meeting
  • Week of May 18 or 25 - Interviews (need to be cognizant of COVID-19 schedules and offerors need to prepare)
  • Weeks of May 25 or June 1 - Best and final
  • Weeks of June 1 or 8 - Negotiations
  • Contract Review (will take 2 to 3 weeks)
  • Contract Award - not earlier than week of July 6, 2020

 

At this time, the names or content of any of the proposers is not public information until there is a recommendation to award.
