MOTION(S):
I move that the Town Council approve the 5-year license agreement between the Town and Western Loudoun Development, LLC, effective April 1, 2020, under which users of the Train Station may continue to utilize the parking lot located at 198 N. 21st Street, Purcellville, adjacent to Magnolia's restaurant.
