BACKGROUND:
The minutes from the April 8, 2020 Town Council Special Meeting were initially presented for approval at the April 28, 2020 Work Session. As several members of Council had comments concerning the minutes as presented, staff edited the minutes to include more detail, and is requesting Council's approval.

I move that the Purcellville Town Council approve the revised minutes from the April 8, 2020 Town Council Special Meeting and waive reading.
