SUMMARY and RECOMMENDATIONS:
The minutes from the November 12, 2019 Town Council Meeting were initially presented for approval at the April 28, 2020 Work Session. As several members of Council had comments concerning the minutes as presented, staff edited the minutes and to also include more detail, and is requesting Council's approval.

I move that the Purcellville Town Council approve the revised minutes from the November 12, 2019 Town Council Meeting and waive reading.
