Staff is seeking Council's direction on how to move forward with terms that expire on September 30, 2022, which are for Commissioners Neham and Luke. Commissioner Paciulli has stepped down due to family obligations which has left a vacancy - his term also expires on September 30. Commissioner Neham is completing his two-year term which ends September 30, 2022 and Commissioner Luke has been serving on the Planning Commission since December 14, 2021 as she was appointed to fill a vacancy .. Also, the Town has received applications from three additional citizens who would like to be considered to serve on the Planning Commission. 

The reason staff is asking for Council's direction is because of the efforts the Planning Commission is currently undertaking with the Field's Farm Park project; therefore ensuring we have a fully staffed Commission, and providing a quorum is essential. Please advise if you wish to schedule a meeting date for interviews for the five applicants for consideration (2 reappointments/3 new).
