SUMMARY and RECOMMENDATIONS:
The meeting will focus on the following items:
- who should be invited to be part of the event
- how to get the word out, including a flyer in the water bill, local media, etc.
- timing of the water bill so we can finalize the flyer
- zero in on the best date for the event based on timing needed to plan and get the message out
- any other issues relevant to this topic that need discussion
