SUMMARY and RECOMMENDATIONS:
As Council determined at the June 28 Town Council Work Session, the Strategic Planning Session is scheduled for the evening of Friday, September 30 and all day on Saturday, October 1. Staff is looking into the option of holding the session at Patrick Henry College as an alternative to Council Chambers. A facilitator has not been confirmed at this time, however is expected to be by the end of the week of July 11.
