SUMMARY and RECOMMENDATIONS:
At the request of the Town Council, staff initiated the attached spreadsheet to be presented at all Council meetings as a discussion item. This format will provide transparency not only to the Council but to the residents of Purcellville.
Staff requests Council review and provide feedback on the spreadsheet, format and frequency of distribution.
