The purpose of this item is to receive, from Town and County staff, an overview of land development applications submitted to the Town by Loudoun County. The applications affect a 70 ± acre portion of property located adjacent to Woodgrove High School, near Mayfair Crown Drive. The applications seek two special use permits: (1) a special use permit for a 260-space commuter parking lot, and (2) a special use permit for 5 new public recreational fields.
