At the May 22, 2018 Town Council Meeting, Council voted unanimously on the process for nomination and appointment of members to the Train Station Advisory Board (“TSAB”). A prospect letter was approved at this time and was used by Council members to recruit members to apply/be nominated to serve a one-year term on the TSAB.

Per Section 2e. of the Train Station Covenants and Conditions, the Town Council, Planning Commission, Economic Development Advisory Committee, and the Purcellville Historic Society shall each have one member serving on the TSAB

The following nominations for reappointment have been received:

Town Council - Mayor Kwasi Fraser
Economic Development Advisory Committee – Cliff Robinson
Planning Commission – Chip Paciulli
Purcellville Historic Society – Kacey Young
Citizen Position - Larry Simms

I move that the Purcellville Town Council reappoint Chip Paciulli from the Planning Commission to serve a one-year term on the Train Station Advisory Board from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

I move that the Purcellville Town Council reappoint Cliff Robinson from the Economic Development Advisory Committee to serve a one-year term on the Train Station Advisory Board from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

I move that the Purcellville Town Council reappoint Kacey Young from the Purcellville Historic Society to serve a one-year term on the Train Station Advisory Board from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

I move that the Purcellville Town Council reappoint Larry Simms as the citizen appointee to serve a one-year term on the Train Station Advisory Board from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

I move that the Purcellville Town Council reappoint Kwasi Fraser from the Town Council to serve a one-year term on the Train Station Advisory Board from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
