SUMMARY and RECOMMENDATIONS:
Our initial conversations with the Lowers Group were positive in regards to the Right of First Refusal. As such, we have elevated our discussions to a second meeting scheduled next week with myself, our Town Attorney, a representative from the Lowers Group and Mr. Lowers.
