The FY22 Budget includes a proposed utility rate change effective for usage beginning in mid-July 2021 and will be reflected on the October 2021 utility bill. The following is an overview of public outreach and messaging to enhance the citizen's understanding of the proposed utility rate changes:

• June 1 Bill- Insert and addition of meter size (time permitting)
• Aug 1 Bill- Insert and addition of meter size
• Oct 1 Bill- will reflect new rates
