Suspend the Rules (if desired)

I move that Town Council suspend the rules to allow action on the FY21 General Fund Operating Budget Amendment to Appropriate the Remainder of the First Allocation ($571,932) and Entire Second Allocation ($891,932) of Federal CARES Act Funding.  (approval requires two-thirds affirmative vote)
